Your animals will arrive alive and healthy, and you will be completely satisfied with them. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the animals. Once the animal is returned via Australian Air Express, we will refund in full, both the cost of the animal and the amount for freight.

Feeding status of all animals is given in the description. We request that if you have any problems at all regarding husbandry, or are unsure, please contact us immediately. Often a small shift in temperature or enclosure set up can make a big difference to the feeding response of the animal. We guarantee the sex of snakes that are sold to be correct. While every effort is made, we do not guarantee the sex of young lizards. A pair is one male, and one female, and a trio consists of one male and two females.

We are required to sight your fauna license, and will require a faxed, posted, or email image of that. If you are purchasing a venomous snake, or specialised species, we will require evidence of endorsement to keep that species.
